A Boy Named Sue
Ingredients
- 1 ounce Johnnie Walker Black Label blended scotch
- 0.5 ounce The Famous Grouse The Black Grouse blended scotch
- 0.5 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 0.8 ounce turmeric simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 0.3 ounce heavy cream
- 3 ounces soda water
- sumac powder
Method
Add all ingredients except the soda water into a shaker and vigorously dry-shake (without ice).
Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with a dusting of sumac powder.
