Ingredients
- 4 blackberries
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 ounce gin
- 0.5 ounce elderflower liqueur
- 0.8 ounce lemon juice
- rosemary sprig
- lemon peel
Method
Muddle the blackberries in a shaker.
Add the vodka, gin, elderflower liqueur and lemon juice, fill with ice, and shake until well-chilled.
Double-strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a rosemary sprig and lemon peel.
