Drunk Uncle
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces scotch
- 0.8 ounce Cynar amaro
- 0.8 ounce vermouth
- grapefruit twist
Method
Add the Islay scotch, Cynar and bianco vermouth into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
