French Harvest
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces gin
- 0.8 ounce lemon juice
- 0.8 ounce simple syrup
- sparkling cider
- lemon twist
Method
Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a Champagne flute.
Top with the cider.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
