Method
Add the Irish whiskey, sweet vermouth, green Chartreuse, absinthe, Orinoco Bitters and orange bitters to a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Twist a swath of orange peel over the drink to release the oils and discard the peel.
