Magic Hour
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces Lillet Rosé
- 1 teaspoon yellow Chartreuse
- 0.5 ounce grapefruit juice
- 0.3 ounce simple syrup
- Sparkling wine
- grapefruit twist
Method
Add the Lillet Rosé, yellow Chartreuse, grapefruit juice and simple syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a Champagne flute.
Top with chilled sparkling wine.
Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
