Maxwell
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces vodka
- 0.3 ounce Cointreau
- 0.8 ounce cucumber juice
- 0.5 ounce lemon juice
- 0.3 ounce agave nectar
- 1 split-size bottle Brut Champagne or other sparkling wine
Method
Add the cucumber vodka, Cointreau, cucumber juice, lemon juice and agave nectar into a large shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Double-strain, dividing between two flutes.
Top each flute with Champagne and chill the rest of the bottle in an ice bucket.
While drinking, top with more Champagne as desired.
