Preakness
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces American rye whiskey
- 0.8 ounce sweet vermouth
- 0.3 ounce Benedictine
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- lemon twist
Method
Add the whiskey, sweet vermouth, Benedictine and bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or coupe.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
