Method
Add Irish whiskey, IPA, Heering cherry liqueur, demerara syrup, lemon juice and Bittermens Burlesque bitters into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a highball glass over ice.
Spray the scotch as a mist over top.
Garnish with a skewered lemon wedge and cherry.
